In the past, we have supported all experimental students for 4 years through teaching, and research assistantships; we expect that we will be able to continue to provide such support. These assistantships currently provide stipends equivalent to $10,000 for 12 months without a Masters degree, and $11,000 for 12 months with a Master's degree, and require 20 hours of work per week. Departmental assistantships exempt students from out-of-state tuition.
