Our Marketing team seeks to broaden the appeal of the university by developing advertising and outreach campaigns. Mainly focused on prospective students, the marketing office advises departments and offices across campus about ways to raise their profiles.
Our Communication staff identifies and develops stories about newsworthy endeavors on campus. Working with traditional and digital media at the local and national levels, our team works with faculty, staff and students to promote a positive image of the university.
Our Creative Services team ensures that all branches of the University present themselves in a thoughtful, professional manner by developing and designing communication materials for clients across the campus.
Our Photography and Videography team is responsible for catching images of our campus, ranging from major events to everyday student life. The office produces high-quality images and video, and is available by appointment.
Our Social Media staff shares news, information, and highlights of campus life through the University Facebook and LinkedIn pages, as well as Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms. You can also find our videos on our YouTube channel and our photos on our Flickr stream.
The University of Memphis Magazine – the official magazine of the University of Memphis, delivered to alumni, donors, friends, faculty, staff, and students. Our magazine staff publishes two print issues and one President's Report each year.
Our focus is primarily on the University's academic, administrative and service units. We work in concert with Athletics on projects and efforts affecting the entire University community and branding for Memphis Tigers sports.
